Designed in collaboration with Divine Custom Homes, The Prairie Outlook is a custom new build that embraces its breathtaking prairie setting through timeless architecture, natural materials, and thoughtfully curated interiors. Expansive windows frame sweeping views while warm white oak, layered textures, and a calming neutral palette create a home that feels both elevated and inviting.
Every space was intentionally designed to support the homeowners’ lifestyle—from the open-concept kitchen and welcoming gathering spaces to the private primary suite, entertainment-focused lower level, and hardworking utility rooms that prove functional spaces can be beautiful, too. Throughout the home, organic finishes, custom millwork, and carefully selected details create a cohesive design that balances comfort with sophistication.
Having previously worked with these homeowners nearly a decade ago, it was an honor to partner with them once again on a home designed for this next chapter of life.
