Saguaro Sanctuary

We are thrilled to present our latest project in Arizona, a luxurious winter retreat for a cherished Minnesota couple. This one-level home seamlessly combines functionality and elegance, featuring a welcoming foyer with textured finishes and commissioned artwork, a flexible office with a custom Murphy bed, and an open-concept living area that includes a chef’s kitchen, cozy dining space, and a stunning bar. Despite constraints with pre-selected materials, we infused warmth and texture through grasscloth wallpaper, custom cabinetry, and modern lighting. The primary bedroom offers a serene escape with a spa-like ensuite, while the guest room ensures visitors feel at home. Highlights include a bold powder room with canyon-inspired wallpaper and a backyard oasis perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Each space reflects the clients’ style and needs, resulting in a harmonious blend of comfort and aesthetic appeal.
