This warm and modern Florida retreat was designed for longtime clients Deanna and Gary, who wanted a sophisticated yet welcoming home for hosting friends and family. With clean lines, layered textures, and a palette of black, white, caramel, and linen, the design strikes a balance between elegance and comfort—steering away from the typical beachy aesthetic.
Key features include a dramatic black fireplace with warm wood shelving, a cozy gathering room with swivel chairs, and a multi-functional flex room with a hidden Murphy bed. The primary suite incorporates soft plum tones in homage to the client’s favorite color, while guest rooms offer private en suites and relaxed luxury.
Outdoor living spaces were thoughtfully planned with a marble-tiled fireplace, alfresco kitchen, dining, lounge areas, and a firepit zone—perfect for entertaining and enjoying the Florida sunshine in style.
