A Refresh That Balances Beauty with Everyday Life
At Interior Impressions, we believe that office spaces should do more than house desks and chairs—they should make people feel inspired, comfortable, and welcomed. Our latest commercial project for TruMix Advisors gave us the opportunity to design a space that balances professionalism with warmth, creating the perfect backdrop for client conversations and team collaboration.

The Vision
TruMix Advisors wanted their office to feel approachable yet elevated—a space that reflects their trustworthy brand while making clients feel at ease the moment they walk through the door. The goal was to move away from “stiff corporate” and lean into an environment that is polished, modern, and welcoming.
The Design Approach
The design of TruMix Advisors’ office strikes the perfect balance between modern sophistication and natural warmth. The TruMix team wanted a MidCentury Modern vibe with a comfortable and casual feel for their clients. We layered sleek, contemporary details with organic elements to create a space that feels professional yet inviting. Warm wood tones are balanced by dark accents, while elements like the textured wallpaper, slatted wood wall, and veined fireplace tile bring depth and tactile interest to the space. We incorporated a color palette of relaxing greens, blues and charcoal grays, balanced with warm caramel leather and wood tones. The furniture selections play a big role too—transformer desks allow for flexible layouts, offering both private workspaces and the ability to quickly convert into a collaborative conference setting
The Result
The finished office blends modern professionalism with hospitality-inspired comfort. The space reflects the confidence of TruMix Advisors while creating a setting where both clients and employees can feel at ease. It’s an office that works beautifully for day-to-day business while making a lasting impression on everyone who walks through the door.
