Easter Sunday is just around the corner. With the weather warming up, and the grass starting to green, we can’t wait to host our families for the holiday. This year we’re going with brunch and a fun cocktail! Let’s get to it.
the menu
All of these delicious recipes are curated by Half Baked Harvest. Our entire team can attest that her recipes are amazing. Every dish we’ve made of hers has been wonderful, which is why we are using all of her recipes for our Easter menu this year.
The Drinks
Kickoff the day with a gorgeous and delicious cocktail. For an alcohol-free option, just omit the alcohol all together. We loved these two cocktail choices, the Strawberry Chamomile Paloma and the Minty Grapefruit Caipirinha. They’re beautiful and spring-y!
the appetizers or side dishes
Start with either a Greek antipasto platter, or an artichoke ricotta flatbread. Both are fresh and easily sharable for a small group of guests. You can even snack on these later on in the day if there are leftovers.
The Main Course
For the main course, up your game from a traditional ham to either these Greek lamb souvlaki plates or a roasted beef tenderloin with a white wine sauce.
Can’t forget dessert
How gorgeous are these cakes?! Half Baked Harvest has so many delicious dessert options on her website, but the coconut eton mess cake and the strawberry coconut carrot cake caught our attention!
A hosting bonus: a boho bunny Tablescape
Tie together the occasion with this simple and pretty tablescape from our Amy’s Abode project. Keeping things simple and easy is our jam. Especially if we are hosting, it leaves more time for curating the menu items. We love the fresh springtime vibes that the floral arrangement and woven accents bring. Additional bonus points for adding a cute little bar cart to the side for easy beverage serving!
We wish you and yours a wonderful Easter celebration. Be sure to tag us and Half Baked Harvest on social media if you make any of the recipes. We’d love to see them!
XO,
The Interior Impressions Team
